We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When attempting to scan docs in the feeder, the feeder will suck multiple pages in at the same time.  I've tried slightly staggering my docs to no avail.  Any ideas?

I suggest you perform troubleshooting steps from the document HP DeskJet, OfficeJet 5200 Printers - A 'Paper Jam' Error under the section Clear jammed paper from the automatic document feeder.

 

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
