Hi

I am operating on Sonoma 14 on a Mac and my scanner will no longer communicate with my computer - i get various error messages that either give me along error number or say an error occurred while communicating with scanner. This means i can't currently use the scanner to scan anything. I have reset the printer and reinstalled it, but no joy. Further advice welcome.
