I'm getting the following message on my HP 6978. "To scan a computer, make sure that the scanning software has been installed and configured on your computer".   I have been using the printer/scanner for over 2 years so the software has been installed.   I accidentally updated the firmware and now the Printer won't recognize the computer.  I am running Ventura OS 13.6.2  I've removed and reloaded the software and firmware. Still no luck.  HELP  I'm ready to get rid of the HP and go to another brand.
