Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I own an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All In One Printer that will not scan 11 x 17. Can anyone help me figure this out? I have tired multiple things that are all no longer options for this specific printer or OS.

Are you scanning from the flat glass or the ADF. This printer only scans 11x17 from the flat glass and if you have not selected that option first, then 11x17 will not show as an available scanning size.
