HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 digital fax

We keep using officejet pro for long time and recently we need to print A3 size doc so we bought 7740.

however, we can't find the function digital fax in 7740 or it is not working after we set up.

how to use digital fax to doc function?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

HP Digital Fax is used to automatically save incoming faxes to your computer, a folder on the network, or forward them to an email account. This feature helps save paper and ink as an alternative to printing faxes, and can provide access to faxes when away from the printer. A traditional phone line (landline) connection is required to use HP Digital Fax.

On the printer screen, go to Fax > Setup > HP Digital fax > turn it On

we cannot find the setup of digital fax feature in the HP Smart app.

Kindly install the full-featured driver from the HP Support site to use the Digital fax feature.

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have installed for more than 10 times and no full version software can be found.

every time I clik HP Officejet Pro 7740 series in the start menu,

it asks me to install again

Finally I still can't find digital fax option.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
