HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hallo,

Hello,

I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer, even when I use this device directly on the control panel for copying, it happens from time to time that after the baltt is half fed, it just stops and no longer works, as if the printer has hung up.

It is also no longer possible to turn it off using the on/off button, the only thing left to do is to pull the power plug.

Then of course I am taught by the device that it was not properly shut down, what a joke!

This behavior occurs unfortunately so 1 to 5 times a month, and my wife who makes home office also thinks that this printer would have been a real bad buy.

Is such behavior also known to others?

Is this the device or the Schnüffeleri of HP (Instant Ink) and possibly hacking Internet connections?

@EgLe01

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd love to help.

Try connecting it to another wall outlet directly.

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers and did reply to you!
