HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 Scan to network folder issue

Hi, My office have new HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 Series. the reason we bought this printer is there is option SCAN to NETWORK FOLDER option inside the CP.

but after I check in EWS, there is no option for setup the network folder, only Default job option available.

I am confuse how to setup the connection to network folder if there is no option to setup.

I have update the firmware to the latest 6.23.5.3-202503240855

if you have same experience or the solution, please help.

Did you log in in EWS as administrator?

Hi Valsimot,

Yes, after enter the PIN, I setup the password.

So everytime I access EWS, the dialog box will appear to asking administrator credential.

I need to enter the network folder list in CONTACTS MENU.
