All of a sudden my OfficeJet 8720 will not scan. It will print, but not scan, despite scanning as recently as last week. HP Support Structure is a colossal disaster, as I cannot get to a human being, because HP claims that my serial number doesn't exist.  I have done the following: uninstalled and reinstalled the driver; powered off the PC and Printer; changed the USB Port that I connect to.  All per the useless video that HP has. How can I get to a human being to solve this problem, because none of their slipshod methods work.
