Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
HP Officejet 4500 G510n-z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded all of the drivers available for the HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n on the HP website:

I am still getting two errors when I turn on the printer:

 

1.) No scan options, refer to device documentation

 

Followed immediately by:

 

2.) Scanner failure. Unable to scan, copy, or send a fax

 

I downloaded the HP Scan Doctor as recommended and  it states: "The full software solution for your product is not installed on this computer." Yet, I have downloaded all of the available items at the above link?

 

Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

Hi,

A such would likely occur due to an hardware failure of the scanner.

Let's try Resetting the printer first, then Check the scanner bar functionality first, if the scanner light does not illuminate or move as described, you would need to service or replace the printer:
