Product: HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

HP Officejet 4500 will not show up as an available scanner on my Mac book air. The printer shows up and I can print. I’ve tried HP easy smart didn’t help as it won’t locate my model number. I cannot connect via USB port as there isn’t one on the Mac. They are both Bluetooth and on the same network. I still can scan to and from my old ancient Mac book which has always recognized it. I don’t know if I have some setting wrong in my network or sharing or if my printer is just too old to be compatible with the new Mac book air. I currently have the printer plugged into my router and to power and to my fax line in the wall. Help!
