I have been able to print from my HP chrome book.   Now I want to scan.    Went through the YouTube video for set up.   It is asking me for a username and password.   I do not know what it is looking for and I have tried the username and passwords that I have   No luck.   How do I rest so I get get logged in so I can scan

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is asking for a password when you try accessing the EWS page.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
