I can print from computer and scanned pages, but will not make any copies, they are blank. Have rebooted, redownloaded software---what next?

Hi,

Please print a Printer Status Report and evaluate the results comparing the shown sample - can you see all colors printed as shown by the sample?

Assuming the report is printed correctly, are you copying from the top Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or the Flatbed Glass? are you placing the original faced up or down?
