Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just pruchased an HP Officejet Pro 7740 to scan A3 pages, but it will not scan the entire screen.  Instead it only scans the A4 area of my A3 page.

 

The printer will copy from A3 to A3, and will print to A3, so the only problem is in specifying the area to be scanned as A3.

 

I have updated to the latest drivers.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.
