Product: HP Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 HP8052DB wide format printer. The printer and scanner worked fine for one day and now the scanner will not scan from the document feeeder or the flatbed. Error message on the printer LCD just says reboot the printer. This does not help. I get the same message every time. even unplugged it and still no luck. I tried a factory reset and still does not work

There is a USB port under the printer screen, if you plug a USB drive can it scan to USB?
