HP Officejet Pro 7740

The screen of my HP Officejet Pro 7740 is frozen. It freezes everytime i scan somthing. The only way i can 'unfreeze' it is by unpluging it (the power button wont work when frozen). The screen will dim when left alone for a while and will brighten when i tap it, but wont respond beyond that. I attached an image of the frozen screen. Hope you can help, Thanks!

It did not work unfortunatly. It updates automatically so we are already on the latest update. Thanks Though 🙂

Have you tried using another PC to scan, or even the mobile phone to scan? Does the screen freeze?

 

If the issue still persit, would suggest that you contact HP for support if the printer is still under warranty:
