Hello everyone.  I'm new to the community. My HP Photosmart C3100 All-in-One printer has no power.  I turned it on, added ink and printed a document 10 days ago.  I then turned the On button off after printing. Now, I am trying to print something and I have no power.  All the power cords/adapter are connected, but the printer won't turn on when I press the On button.   What might be the problem?

I understand you are facing printer power up issue.

I'd like to help!

 

Let's try a power reset on the printer

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Have you tried a different wall outlet or a different cable?
