HP Photosmart C5180
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a couple of days I have issues scanning documents. The error message shows error 4,[(3,14,0)].

I have already removed the HP software and perfromed a re-installation. I have tried the Scan-Diagnostics HPPSdr.exe and the new Scan-SW HPScanExt.msi, but the error remains. Sporatically I am able to scan, but in general it does not work.
