HP Photosmart C8180 Disassembly - For Control Panel Replacement

Hello, I have a HP Photosmart C8180 Printer/Scanner. The control panel lcd screen had basically died - black spot in the middle of the screen and can barely see any text. I can still print but its a real pain as I have to press continune on the screen. I purchased a replacement control panel from Ebay, I cannot find any instructions on how to remove the control panel and replace it, even the seller said he watched an old video on youtube which is now gone. Would anyone know where I can get instructions on how to do this? Or any advice from someone who knows how? I have taken off the scannet lid and removed all screws that I could see but am unable to take it apart. Any help would be much appreciated!
