Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

HP Photosmart e-all-in-one Printer D110a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Smart application will no longer launch a scan in the D110a e-all-in-one Printer.

The error message is "HP Smart cannot scan from this printer.  Either the printer does not have a scanner or HP Smart cannot use the scanner in this priner."

I have uninstalled the printer driver and reinstalled the latest printer driver full webpack from the HP support site:

Full_Webpack-140.0.408-5-PS_AIO_07_D110_140_408-5.exe

However, the HP Smart application still will not launch the scanner.

I am able to scan by opening the printer commands from the control pannel.

However, I can only scan one page at a time; i.e., each documet created is only 1 page.

There's no way to scan / create a multiple-page document, which is the desired HP Smart feature.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide to me.
