Scanning from print assitant/HP scan worked without problem before.

Suddenly scan from print assisnant/HP scan failed to work. Click scan tab, able to connect to printer, preview and the scanner "scan" the document, but nothing showed on the software scan window. 

Tried uninstall and reinstall, get the latest driver/software package from the support site, and also the power drain opration and still does not work.

 

The scan function has no problem if I scan from the HP App from windows or mobile device.
