Does anyone have any information on how to set up Scan to Email anymore? I have an Office365 account with work, a Gsuite domain **bleep** email, an original **bleep**, and a Yahoo address I'd like to be able to send from. The picture shows that you fill out the information in Outgoing Mail Settings, but then below you have Outgoing Mail Profiles, where you fill out the exact information again... I'm so confused.

Regardless, nearly all profiles I set up provide, 'unable to connect to server', or bad server response, etc. HP doesn't make it easy, especially if you have Two-factor enabled, etc, and you need to create App-Specific passwords, but still..

Any help is appreciated, I got so pissed I just ended up Defaulting the printer so I could start from scratch, but I don't know if I fill out the profiles or settings.

Thanks!
