Hi I have got a new computer windows 10
When I connect my g4010 it says you need the cd to complete the installation of the full features.
I don't have the cd and can't seem to find the full software on the hp website.
Just the basic one?
any help appreciated.

Hello @Audioman2 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Install this driver: HP Scanjet G4010 Photo Scanner Basic Feature Driver
After that install this app:
- Download only this file: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
- Close all programs
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the msi.
OPTIONAL:
- Add HP Scan Extended shortcut to Taskbar / Send to Desktop / Pin to Start
- Open File Explorer > Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP Scan Extended\bin
- Right-Click on "HPScan.exe" > Select Pin to Taskbar / Send to Desktop / Pin to Start
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
