I have has to re install HP Smart as it wasnt registering my printer but when i go into scan it defaults to Letter scan area im certain it used to be defaulted to A4 but i cant work out how to change it.

When i go into advanced setting and click on Scan it just comes up with

You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer.

Hi,

For HP Smart, be sure to select the proper Size within the Scan dialog, you should see a drop-down menu there.

For the Advanced Settings option (EWS), click the Settings tab and then select Security, from there Administrator Settings and enable the Webscan option.

click Apply and then go back to the Scan tab and the option should now become available.
