I have installed HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver, but i am not able to find the HP Scan app on my computer (program list, app list, etc). and when i try to download HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver and install again it says "HP Scan Basic Device Software is already installed. Do you want to add more software?" then i click Next and it starts the process of installation and when completed. Still i cannot find the HP Scan app. I want to remove(uninstall completely) the app from my laptop so that i can fresh re-install cleanly

Job type: HP Universal Scan
In those printers where the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is installed with the HP Scan Assistant in place of the older Printer Assistant wrapper, the new format HP Scan software (that is part of the full driver) is essentially identical to the HP Universal Scan Software.
The full driver is listed in Programs and Features.
When installed, HP Universal Scan Software is likely listed in Programs and Features.

Both of these, if / as installed, are listed in Settings > Apps > Installed Apps (Windows 11)
Settings_Apps_Installed_Apps_Printer_Software_1
If the HP Universal Scan software is installed, either after the full driver or as a standalone feature, "HP Universal Scan" might be installed in the system as HP Scan / HP Scan Basic Device Software.

Side Bar -
The new format HP Scan software that is part of the HP Scan Assistant (full driver wrapper) is essentially the same program as the HP Universal Scan software.
Even as the two programs occupy separate file locations in Windows, they cannot be run at the same time.

Where is the Shortcut?
Check whether you have any of the sample shortcut icons (or something similar) on your Desktop -
Reminder
The HP Printer Assistant and its companion HP Scan software shortcut icons are named for the printer model.
Printers that no longer support the Printer Assistant might install the HP Scan Assistant and a Scan Assistant Shortcut on the Desktop.
The companion HP Scan software (that is part of that full driver) is self-named as HP Scan.
The HP Universal Scan shortcut icon, when installed by the Universal Scan Software, is also self-named as HP Scan.
Depending on how the installation (or the user) add the shortcut to the Desktop, both HP Scan (part of the full driver) and HP Universal Scan (installed separately or standalone) can have the same shortcut name and behave in the same (or at least similar) manner when executed.

Thank you for the additional information.
OK -- the examples I provided previously are those that I am aware that might help.
That said, due to the model type, the only software for this type of machine is the Scan software.
That means there is not a "full driver" software package as would be available for a printer that includes scan.
There is a Full Scan software -
Reading the description, the web pack appears to be the software you are seeking.
Full webpack provides various scan functionalities.Supports OCR capabilities and Cloud Destinations.
While I believe that the web package -- along with the newest firmware -- is the software you need, I cannot say with assurance that this is what you expect.

True - Without a printer software package, some of what is described in the examples I provided in my first post will simply not be installed. For example, there will not be a Printer or Scan Assistant, nor will there be a dual listing for both full driver and scan software.
When the full solution Scan software is installed, there should be a listing of the scan software, perhaps in Programs and Features AND Settings > Apps > Installed Apps OR perhaps in just one of those locations.
No, I don't know what the installed software will be called -- I am not familiar with your exact product type (scanner only).
Should I think of something else, I will post back.
