Buen día comunidad,

 

Requiero su ayuda estoy digitalizando utilizando la herramienta HP Scan en dos modelos diferentes (M4103dw, M430) en instalacion en red y por USB. El problema es al momento de guardar el archivo se cierra la aplicacion. Esto genera que no se guarden los archivos digitalizados. 

 

Estoy en Windows 11 25H2 en la compilacion 26200.7705
