I am using 'HP Scan & Capture' scanning program with an Epson WF-3640 Workforce Printer Scanner. When viewing the scanned document in Adobe acrobat reader DC Version 2015.020.20042 (the latest version) in 'Fit to window width & scroll' mode, some pages appear very small & other pages appear at an appropriate size. If I then go to 'Fit one page to window' mode, all pages appear at the correct size. See screen capture below.
I've just checked the page sizes with: Acrobat Reader DC\Right-click on page\Document Properties\Page Size ...
Small displayed page: 8.22 x 11.68 in
Normal displayed page: 25.67 x 36.50 in.
It looks like the pages are scanned at different sizes (even though it was a single double-sided scanning session (through a duplex feeder). Perhaps there is a problem with the 'HP Scan & Capture' scanning program or with the Epson WF-3640 Workforce Printer Scanner? Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Advice much appreciated.

The problem was indeed in HP Scan and Capture. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and the problem went away.

Hey there! @mccrufff, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand that Page Sizes are Varying when you scan using HP scan and capture app.
HP scan and capture app are designed to work with HP printers with full functionality.
Since you are using an Epson printer and scanning using HP scan app there might be limited functionality.
I would suggest you check with Epson if they have scan app which supports your printer.
I will watch for your reply.
Have a great day! 🙂
