Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to scan a document through HP Scan, no scans appear in the program, although the scanner works. In other programs that use WIA, everything works. So most likely the problem is with the TWAIN driver. But I don't understand how to fix it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but no results. HP Print and Scan Doctor also says the problem is Twain, but does nothing else. Occasionally the program does magically scan normally once, but then nothing works again. Okay, I've read other threads, many people have the same problem. Another question - is there any similar programs that use WIA that are capable of scanning large documents properly?
