Hello,
The scanner works fine in standalone mode, without any computer.
When I want to install software on my computer (I tried 2 different just in case), everything goes well. My scanner is detected, all is configured... But, when I start HP Scan, the scanner is not found, it's either added to the devices in Windows.
If I add it through Windows, other programs can use it, but HP software doesn't see it.
I tried to add the scanner numerous times, always no error but noting is added. On the second computer (HP Laptop) the same.
So what must I do to get HP's software working?
