HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200n

I have a HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200n PCLm-S (Network) printer (Product Number: 5HG87A) running on Windows 10 (64-bit) [Version 10.0.19045.3208].

Old Software Version has a checkbox option: Use iHQC Compression (Smaller file size)

I updated to the latest software version (HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver | v51.8.5837 | 411.11MB | 14-Apr-2023 | Filename: Full_Webpack-51.8.5837-SJ0001_Full_Webpack) that does not have that option.  What happened to this option and/or how to get it?

If the iHQC Compression option is missing in the scan software, it could be due to several reasons.
