Hi, I am trying to set up scan to email for my office. I don't have any network experience. I have dedicated office 365 email account which i am using to try set this feature up. However, no matter what i do i keep getting this error which is attached. I think the error has something to do with network configuration.

Can someone please help me fill the correct information in the network identification settings.

What is my domain name (IPV4/IPV6) and where can i find this info?

What is my primary & secondary DNS & how can i find this info? When i do ipconfig /all in cmd it tells me default gateway is 192.168.100.1 so is DHCP server & DNS Server.

Lastly what is TCP/IP Domain Suffix DNS Suffixes and where can i find this info?

Thanks

Thanks everybody. I kept playing with different configuration and eventually it worked when i added 192.168.100.1 to DNS suffix and cleared domain name (ipv4/ipv6)
