Product: HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N9120 fn2 Document Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N9120 fn2 Document Scanner does it have problem to scan to windows 10 using scan to folder method?
we have already update the firmware to N9120_fn2_fs4.8_fw_2408067_049162.

When verify the path and credentials it shows error like "The operation failed. Please verify your configuration and try again".

please advice

Sorry case close. Resolved already. Found out that their IT side have some configuration needs to set. Scanning authentication is successful
