I was trying to install the software, but it's not installed properly and now scanner is blinking all lights and not connecting to the PC also device is not connecting nor system finding it. 
what should i do.

i already uninstall the software again but issue is still there. trying to press buttons 30 seconds but still same problem.
i tried following software: 
1) Full_Webpack-63.4.6169-SJ0001_Full_Webpack
2) HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1 UpdateFirmware_0215y24(FW1.57).exe
its new scanner and i am worried about it.
