Product: HP ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1 Sheet-feed Scanner

My HP ScanJet Pro scanner is not scanning and the scan fails with an error.

We have already tried reinstalling the scanner drivers/software and checked the scanner connection. The IP address and network configuration are correct. We also tested the scanner using USB, and the USB connection is detected and shows as connected successfully.

The scanner appears to be connected correctly, but scanning still does not work. We have also changed the USB connection and verified the cables.

Since both the network/IP connection and USB connection appear to be working correctly, I suspect the issue may be related to the HP scanning software, driver, Windows scanning service, or firmware.

Please help identify the cause and provide the correct troubleshooting steps or software/driver fix.

If required, please advise how to completely remove the existing HP ScanJet software and drivers and perform a clean installation.
