Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I updated my laptop to Windows 11 last week. Now my HP Scanjet 300 does not work anymore.

 

I tried re-installing the software (downloaded a "fresh" version), but does not work. Tried uninstalling, reboot, reinstalling, but nothing. 

 

Now, I use this Scanjet 300 at home. In the office, we have a Laserjet Pro M1212nf all in one printer. So I do have scan software for this printer also installed. I do remember there are issues with using the systems next to each other, but it worked fine for several years under Windows 10. Also worked on my previous laptop, so why is it not working now?
