Product: HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
The HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7500 scanner does not scan through the buttons on the scanner.
I select the profile, button 1, OK. The error "Auto Detect - (null)" appears on the indicator.
What is the problem? The HP Print and Scan Doctor utility does not find the scanner.

Is this a failure of a setup that worked before or a new install. Is the device connected by network or USB. Most common issues are related to gateway or DNS settings in the scanner's network setup.

thanks so much I appreciate your help the scanner works well from pc just LED screen touch button disabled and I do not know how to enable it from pc every thing is ok but from the screen users can not scan they select save as PDF then it says th scanner didn't detect anything
