Doesn´t email the scanned file. 

Something like: "The App Escaner HP doesn´t find any email app intalled in the computer. Be sure that your email app it´s installed and configured correctly. Note: Doen´t admit email account internet based":

Hi,

Could you please clarify your intention with the listed Note? do you have Microsoft Outlook 2019 application installed and configured on your PC and not via any cloud web access?

 

Please select any file on your computer, such as a saved PDF, right-click it and select Send To > Email. does this action launch a new email dialog with the file attached? this in order to better understand the problem, if MS Outlook successfully perform the tasks as it should regardless of the HP Software... please let me know the results for taking this action to better understand where the problem starts from.

Hi,

 

I try to response i hope no issues: because that is an user option (preference), because no license, because "why not?" (user response), because i don´t know... (don´t want change) 😞

They just want to use the software like before "windows update patch" we got the report and solve (workaround) with other software but... Can you help with the HP software patch or update?
