Product: HP Scanjet Pro 3000 S4
OS: Windows 11

I have a user that wants to enable the "Split after blank pages" option on their HP Scanjet Pro 3000 S4 along with having blank pages being deleted. When using the scanner and using the scan to PC option (physical button on the front of the scanner), scanning to folder, and scanning multiple documents together, all of the files get dumped into one PDF without deleting any blank pages. Both options are enabled, and the only way I can get it to split files is to select the option of splitting manually after 2 pages, which still does not delete the blank pages.

I've tried a fresh reinstall, completely gutting everything to do with HP from the PC, and resetting the Scanner to default settings to see if something was stuck somewhere.
