HP ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1 Sheet-feed Scanner
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After performing a firmware update (N4000_snw1_1130y21_FW0.71.zip) out of the box on the HP Scanjet Pro N4000 snw1, the status on the web console shows that the device is processing. It will not allow me to make any more changes via the web console or from the Scanjet device itself. I cannot even do a factory reset. If I try to go to the settings from the device, it shows the HP logo with the processing emotion on the screen for about 5 minutes and then goes back to the home screen. This issue has happened twice on two separate machines. Can anyone assists with this issue?
