HP Smart Icon

When I click the HPSmart Icon,  I get a pop up window that asks if I want to share usage data.

there are 2 options, yes or no.  Clicking either one yields same result,  screen blinks, then

returns to the same pop up window.  No option to get out of it and get to the options to scan, Ink, etc

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the HP Smart App.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart app on your computer and then reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
