HP Smart Scan Format Changes

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using the HP Smart App for printing and scanning from/to my PC. When I open the Scan mode, there are some undesired pre-setting, like Letter page format. How can I change and save them (save is most important to me)? Thank you

@mairue, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You may click on 'Presets' to change the saved settings or create shortcuts by click on the option available at the bottom of the HP Smart app user interface.
