I have set up a "Scan to OneDrive" shortcut in HP Smart and picked a specific OneDrive folder that the scanned documents should be saved in. Whenever I scan from the HP Smart Windows app on my PC, the file gets saved to that folder. Whenever I scan (using the same HP Smart shortcut) directly from my HP OfficeJet Pro 9019, the file gets saved to a generic "HP Smart -> scan" folder within my OneDrive (not the specific folder that I selected when creating the shortcut).
I have tried deleting the shortcut and re-creating it, as well as unplugging and re-plugging in my printer to reset it, but the same issue keeps happening. How can I scan using this shortcut directly from my printer to the correct OneDrive folder?
A separate but related issue is that I am unable to select default scanning options for this shortcut on my printer. Whenever I try to use the shortcut, the scan is set to 300dpi and Colour - I would like to set it to 150dpi and Greyscale as a default, instead of having to manually change it each time. In addition to that, the lowest available resolution in the scan shortcut settings in the printer is 200dpi - but the windows HP Smart app let's me select 150dpi. How can I select 150dpi directly from the printer and save that as a default for every time I use this shortcut?
Many thanks!
