Hi @ELIZABETHTULSA,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To set up a network folder for scanning documents on your HP Smart Tank 7600 scanner, you can follow these steps:

Ensure Network Connectivity: Make sure your scanner is connected to the same network as your computer.

Access the Web Interface: Open a web browser on your computer and enter the IP address of your scanner in the address bar. Press Enter.

Log in: If prompted, log in to the web interface using the administrator credentials.

Navigate to Scan Settings: Look for the Scan settings or Scan to Network Folder option in the web interface.

Set up Network Folder: Enter the details for the network folder where you want to save scanned documents. This typically includes the network path (e.g., \server\folder), username, and password if required.

Save Settings: After entering the network folder details, save the settings.

Test Scanning: Try scanning a document to see if it is saved to the network folder correctly.

Adjust Settings (Optional): You can adjust settings such as file format, resolution, and other scan options as needed.

Scan from the Scanner: You should now be able to scan documents directly to the network folder from your HP Smart Tank 7600 scanner.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
