HP Smart Tank 7602 Difficulty Scan to Flash Drive, Double-sided copy to print from feeder

I have owned HP printers the last 30+ years.  With the 7602, I can't seem to scan to flash drive.  After I set Scan and select flash drive, then there is no option to Start.  I also noticed I can't copy double-sided documents from the paper feeder.

There is no QR code in the paper manual to learn more about the printer.    Would someone tell me how to complete the chores I want to do?  I realize there is an app that might be the solution, but exactly which one and how to use it.  

It is past the window to be able to return the printer.

OK - Nice ink system, built on a relatively simple hardware operations setup.

Duplex printing is supported on limited paper sizes and types.

I find no mention of the other tasks you want --

• The user guide mentions a "front USB" port
• The user guide does not include any information on the purpose of that port.  ?

• No 2-sided copy to 2-sided copy
• No automatic 2-sided Scan
• No support for "Scan to USB"

Copier Reduce/enlarge	25 to 400%
Copier Settings	Number of Copies, Access copier settings of Resize, Quality, Lighter/Darker, Paper size, Paper type settings via HP Smart

Scan Type	Flatbed and ADF
Scanner Advanced Features	No
Scanning Options (ADF)	Single-sided

There's naught to be done about the automatic  2-sided to 2-sided Copy.

This model series does not support the option.

You have to copy one side, remove / reload, copy the second side(s).

Windows supports a full driver printer software.

The full driver includes HP Scan.
