HP Smart Tasks
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed full HP products on a Windows 10 machine. Add Smart Tasks to scan on OneDrive. When i scan and performed the HP Smart tasks it prompts me to login (O365 account login) and  it requires admin approval. I login to O365 and give the user Global admin access role and it works. However, when i remove the global admin role Smart Tasks won't work. I don't want to give all our users a global admin role just for this. Is there any alternative way?HP.png

This link did not provide any insight into the permissions required.  I tried adding a few different printer roles in AAD without success.
