I can no longer easily scan multi-page two-sided documents using HP Smart. Why would this feature be removed from the previous software. I have used this printer for years with no issues. "HP Smart" comes out and removes this feature and makes me send the documents through twice and then manual rearrange the pages to create the pdf? Before that I was forced to sign in to my account in order to even use the scanner. My internet happened to be down at the time and I wasn't able to access to the printer since it couldn't sign in to HP via the Internet. I didn't see a way around it. Is there? What genius makes these decisions? Yes, I'm frustrated and have had enough of HP. Long time customer looking at other vendors for now on.
