If you have not done so,

Check to see that your printer supports the app

Check to see whether the app and the device are on the same network

Read how it is supposed to be working (links and information later in this message)

All good?  Supported, worked before, on the network, "checks out"?

Remove the app from your iOS device

Switch off the device - wait 30 seconds - switch on the device

Open the Apple Store, search for, download and install a fresh copy of the application.
