HP Smart - cannot find "scan to" setting

My computer and scanner were not communicating, so I ended up installing HP Smart.  In this app, I do not see all the old options I had before, including an option that allows me to specific the default output folder for scans (whether initiated by HP Smart or by the control panel on the scanner itself).  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
