Product: HP Photosmart D110
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to scan (Which I've done hundreds of times in the past) via HP Smart, but get an error message that it can't find my printer (HP Photosmart D110 - USB).  I can print to the printer just fine, but can't use the HP Smart app.

Please try the HP Scan Extended or the HP Scan and Capture option and check if that may help:

Website link didn't solve my problem.  Getting a bit frustrated.  Can't find a phone number for HP support, and that crazy Virtual Assistant is next to worthless.  Can't understand why I can print to my HP Photosmart printer via USB but HP Smart doesn't recognize it.  Doesn't make any sense.  Any ideas out there before I heave this POS out the window?
