Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart first window says ready... Click the scan button and it than says 'Scanning is currently unavailable'.

Within my Corel Draw Suite X7, using Corel Draw. Or Corel Photo Paint. I am able to select my printer (WIA Sourse).  But Aquire... remains Greyed out. Any suggestions would be greatfully received.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

 

Are you referring to the HP Smart app?

 

The printer HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw is not compatible with the HP Smart App.

Hence you are getting the error 'Scanning is currently unavailable'.

Refer to this document to check the printing solutions available for your printer model.
