Hi all,

HP Smart is working fine on my Windows 10 laptop and on my Android mobile;

I am just wondering where the PDF documents and PNG pictures that were sent as fax pages are stored locally or in the HP Cloud. Whether they were sent successfully or failed. I can access any successful or failed fax in the Sent tab of the Mobile Fax section and I can display any sent page related to a PDF or PNG file previously added as a page to a sent fax. I can even see the original filename or the name automatically assigned to the file that had been attached then sent as a fax. But I can open, extract or save these individual pages or files out of the HP Smart context.

I searched on my whole storage for the automatically assigned names to these attached files to no avail. Their name has a pattern "Document_YYYY-MM-DD_hhmmss" for the PDF files. The same search fail for any document or picture I had attached to send it as a fax and that I deleted after.

As I did not retrieved any of these attached fax files, my guess is that they are stored in the HP cloud but I might be wrong. This would mean that the Mobile Fax would be restricted to signed-in users, what I am not sure at all and I did not try to sign out as resigning-in can be wacky sometimes.

Thanks in advance for your help.
